Switched to other team and readied with 7 players while we're talking our medic through downloading a map.  Late night lobby took a long time to fill, then this loser who can't wait 5 minutes ruins it by starting 9v7.

 

 p-rec demo doesn't show it since it happened before p-rec starts recording.  Console logs would show what happened.

you can re exec by typing mp_tournament_restart in console
